Not Knowing

“The simplest questions are the most profound. Where were you born? Where is your home? Where are you going? What are you doing? Think about these once in a while and watch your answers change.” Richard Bach

The world operates on the premises of the statement Information = Power. Education is based on the evaluation of everyone’s knowledge. The more knowledge, the more success. And with AI, we don’t stand a chance. Minds are losing the race as depression and anxiety infect the neural network. Too much pain in the world. May we begin to heal by emptying our minds a little. An empty mind is powerful because it can act according to what is needed right here and right now.

Practice

Ask yourself these profound questions and sit until you can hear the answer “I Don’t Know.” Once you feel the answer “I Don’t Know” is true, move to the next question.

Where were you born?

Where is your home?

Where are you going?

What are you doing?

Repeat as many times as needed.

Other profound questions:

What is your name?

How old are you?

Who do you love?

What is alive in you as you look at the world with the Beginner’s (Not Knowing) Mind?
